No response from Premier Banking division

My credit card expires in March next year, but I will be out of the country from January to June and would require my credit card during that time. I contacted my FNB Premier Banking via email to ask them to please advise on this matter on 11 October 2013 and I have had no response whatsoever from them. Since then I have followed up again, only to be ignored, again! This is unacceptable.
