I CALLED INTO REQUEST TO SET UP MY SEC OTP - AS I WAS HI-JACKED AND I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND RECEIVE THE OTP'S THROUGH TO MY EMAILS RATHER -AND I CALLED THE ONLINE BANKING STAFF -SPOKE TO GERALD - WAS PRONPTED TO SOME AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT REQUIRED THE LAST 8 DIGITS OF MY CARD AND MY 4 DIGIT PIN CODE... AFTER RECEIVING NUMEROUS EMAILS FROM FNB ABOUT NOT DICLOSING YOUR PIN TO ANYONE IRREGARDLESS OF WHAT - THEY THEN ARE THE ONES THAT WANT IT - FOR SUCH A SIMPLE THING - SETTING UP OF MY SEC WAY OF RECEIVING MY OTP - AFTER THE UPGRADE YOU DID THE ONLINE BANKING SITE YOU WERE SUPPOOSED TO MAKE THIS OPTION EASIER... IM DISAPPOINTED AND NOW HAVE TO GO TO A BRANCH - HOPING THEY WONT ASK FOR MY PIN AS WELL - COZ IM GOING TO BLOW A FUSE!
