On 10 December I ordered goods on the ebucks website and there was a banner which stated that my goods will be delivered before Christmas. I've had to follow up on several occassions and dealt with Michael who probably put me on hold about eight times and couldn't answer my queries - i.e. when will my order be delivered. He assured me that someone would call me back. No-one did. When I phoned ebucks call centre again, I spoke to a manager, Alistair, who said that he would call me back - which he didn't do. I called again. They assure me that my order will be delivered on 24 December. I wanted to change the delivery address, but he would then have to get back to me - after checking with the Spend department yet again. Clearly no-one in the call centre has any idea what is going on - every query was refered to the Spend department. So I guess I'll just have to buy other Christmas presents. Shocking service FNB/ebucks! Especially when my orders from Loot took three days via the POST OFFICE!
