Collections deparment not updating system

Firstly I have gone under a form of debt review, which happened about 6 months ago now. I have completed all the necessary forms and forwarded to all relevant debtors all relevant details.
Now this morning again after numerous correspondence and communications with Nedbank, and even their Lawyers they still state they are not receiving their payments and still don't have the documents. Which I personally e-mailed through to numerous consultants as well as the Debt Solutions company also sent it to various people at Nedbank. I have confirmed e-mail addresses with them as well, and still no joy!!!
This is really getting tiresome as I am resorting to swearing at people for doing their job as others still haven't done so!!!
Could someone please sort this out, as I am one step away from seeking legal action against Nedbank for stupidity!!!
My Debt Solutions company has forwarded numerous payment advises to Nedbank Head Office as proof of their payments, we even updated the reference number as well as it was said it was wrong. I am really frustrated with this situation, as I am paying my installment to this company and this company is also paying you on a monthly basis.
