Returning Dt Order for R7.12 Shortage

Acc nr 012034320. Sent numerous e-mails complaining about the fact that dt order was returned because the amont in my account was R7.12 short. Charging me R115.0 for that. I did receive feedback, but not to my satisfaction. I think it is unfair to charge me R115.00 and return the Standard Bank Insurance Debit order. My salary goes into the accout EVERY month. Was it not possible for Standard Bank to leave my account with a debit balance of R7.12 until the salary came in, and in this case the salary already came in on the 13th. Ref nr received 56354957.
