In the week of October round about the 9th, I went to a atm (standard bank) In eldorado park Ext 2 Spar, to withdraw cash. As I inserted my bank card in the ATM I then realised that the ATM is not requesting for my pin, I then immediatly called standard bank client services, as I spoke to the consultant I then received a notification that a R1000 was withdrawn from my card I have also explained this to the consultant and what she said was that my money will be reimbursed the consultant then advised me to visit my nearest branch, when I got the the branch at shoprite ext 5 eldorado park they reported the matter, up till this hour I have not received any feedback, everytime I should call for feedback and all they tell me is "your claim has been rejected" based on what was my claim rejected? Then the consultant replies No have you reported the before or after it happened!! In the first place how do you report before it happens please explain that to me, they are not willing to assist, or do a further Invesigation as to what happened with my Money!! Now they don't want to reimburse my money
