MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I EVER WORKED WITH

I applied for a personal loan with this company last year. The amount I applied for was R15000. Eventhough my salary allows for such a big amount, they only gave me R10000 to complete the renovations on my flat. At the time I was told that in 2 months time I could apply for the other R5000 in order to put the roof in the flatlet so that I could rent it out and earn an extra income there.

I called them back in 2 months time and was told no, I could only apply after another 2 months. I told them that we wanted to put the roof on the flat, as everything is done except that and that with all the rain, the plaster was starting to come off the walls and it will cost more to fix.

I called back in October of last year. Again was told no, I could only apply first week in December. I did so (now being very irate). I got told by the lady on the other side that I could only apply after 6 cleared debit orders. I told her the whole story and was very upset. She told me that if i made a manual payment, then it will count as a cleared 6th debit order and that I could then reapply... i did this to be told no, only February I can reapply!

I have put in numerous calls and no reply
