We put a claim in after the hail damage on 29 October 2013, we have not heard from ABSA at all, the damage just got worse with the heavy rain. We have been phoning the claims department and holding on for hours at a time, with a message saying "please hold we are aware of your call, please hold we are experiencing high call volumes, and this has been carrying on for 6 weeks now. At the end of the day we pay for the phone calls made, it is ridiculous. We just wish we had a number that will be answered!!! (Claim number 2493362)
