Following a complaint on Hello Peter regarding repair work which was not done satisfactorily I received a call from Sydney, informing me that Outsurance has authorised the replacement of my car's headlight which was damaged during a hailstorm and which was never included in the original authorisation of repairs, this despite the fact that this damage was pointed out to several persons including assessors. Although very happy with the decision Sydney did promise that he will e-mail or SMS me his personal details (Contact numbers) to follow-up on the progress with the ordering & replacement of the new headlight - this has never happened, so although now a week later, I have no idea whether the repair centre in question has ordered the new headlight or not or when it will be received and fitted. I was send a questionnaire to rate Sydney's service - what should I rate - the promise or the actual delivery, because they fall on different ends of the scale provided to rate the service.
