I have previously had such good service from Discovery Insure, I'm in shock with the level of customer service I recently received from the claims centre. All I expect is an update to keep me up to speed, so that I know my case isn't just left on the side without anyone attending to it, cause that is what this feels like now.
After leaving several messages and e-mails to the relevant claims handler I still don't receive a call back or an outcome, not even an e-mail, yet I see that he reads the mails, because of a read response.
After I've explained to the claims handler the importance of the claim and the circumstances surrounding the claim on hand, he still promises and only advises that he will advise soonest, yet don't return my calls, is always on the phone and don't reply to my mails.
Receiving such good service and being so happy that I switched to Discovery insure has left me completely unsure of the choice I made. Do they only treat you well after the first few times that they speak with you to portray their image and then don't give a???
I'm really so frustrated with following up.
