Threats from Wesbank!

I have recently traded in a vehicle that I had financed with Wesbank and refinanced a new vehicle with them. Subsequently, I have been harrassed and threatened by Wesbank as apparently the contract is wrong!
Whose fault is that?
Now they want to issue a new contract with a substantially higher instalment and am been threatened if I do not sign the same!
Is this type of behaviour typical of the Firstrand Group???
It is absolutely unacceptable and I am going to approach the banking Ombud with this!!!
