My gate motor was struck by lightening on the 28th of November. The online claim submission doesn't work and if you call the Call Centre, you will hang on for over an hour with no response. When you finally get through they give you another number to call which is just as bad. All I want is to get the claim settled and my gate sorted, yet there seems to be a lack of service in getting this done. Absolutely shocking service!
