GATE MOTOR CLAIM NOT RESOVED FOR 3 MONTHS

A claim was made in July 2013, the accessor came requested me to get some to weld a magnet and the gate will work. I did that the gate is still not working. I phoned the assesor to tell him the gate if magnet is welded he needs to come, he refused and now told me to get someone to programme my gate motor. The I phone Absa and Lorraine told me that the cause is not lightening or rain water as a result it has been declined. What I am not happy about is why waist the 3 months without communicating clear facts. And both the assessor and Absa they always waited for me to call them, even when the assessor saw my missed calls he did not return my calls. This is the same motor that was fixed by Absa less than 12 months ago but according to Lorraine she doesn't have that data on their sytems-the CLAIM NO. 2230856.
