ABSA INSURANCE THINKS I'M DISHONEST!!

I reported my claim last Tuesday and after sending through my quotes in order to be paid out, they have still not sent me the paperwork for me to be paid out.

My motor was on Sunday evening, and after reporting it to my insurance they are delaying the process to pay me out after i told Pumi i need my claim paid out so i can buy my motor and have it put back onto my gate as i would do a better and faster job than the insurance people.
i had a terrible weekend due to sleeping with one eye open, as my safety has now been compromised due to my gate standing open with no motor.
It seems to me Pumi thinking im being dishonest with my claim... thou i have a case number from the police station
