Application for a loan with property as guarantee

We've been rying for 3 and a half weeks to get results for a loan, with guarantee of farm property
For buying a carwash business with 2 contracts and reliable income to cover the loan back pyment monthly as well as other costs involving the car wash. When we gave them all the statments, financial reports, and all paperwork involved they said they still doubt that we could get the loan. We ask them what about the guarantee of the farm property, that if we could not pay the loan they do have the insurance of having the farm property as back up. They said that guarentee does not count at all. All we want is to do a loan for a good investment in business with them but they doesn't seem to want to help. So I just want to advice all people regarding loans for business please think before you go to apply for a loan at Standardbank, because guarentees does not even count for them. And we are very disapointed in standard bank
