Unauthorized debit

I have an outstanding amount on my fnb loan, however on Sat FanB decided to take two debit orders from my account amounting to over R3000 without arrangement with me, and no one care to inform me what the heck is going on. This is after I brought so 4 people over to fnb cause I thought they were awesome, guess niw everyone has to move else were.
I am sure it is illegal to debit an account without authorization.
