The A.A doesn't want to Refund

Been waiting a month for my refund by the A.A.I. Asked the operator if nothing would happen if I didn't take my car to the assessment centre... He said no nothing would happen... Well they debited my account with over 850rand and I'm struggling to get it back even though they have the recording... After monday they will speak to my lawyers... Outsurance is way better than the A.A for me... They repaired my car no probs... Well had to repair my windscreen after a bit of them getting a scolding... But alls well...
