My insurance at the opposition insurance company, was to be increased to R800. plus. This is way above what I can afford. I have current short term insurance with Outsurance and called them and got to speak to Jhushane Iyer.
Jhushane worked out a quote after enquiring my needs and I needed to get back to the opposition to hear their better offer. Jhushane phoned back a few times while both my landline and mobile were busy for more than 30min. He really went the extra mile, and eventually got hold of me, offering me additional insurance for less than half the price I was quoted by the opposition, and staying within my budget. I am very impressed and happy with the service given by this gentleman, who works for Outsurance. Not only did he work out this quote, he also helped me to understand what will happen with my insurance in the next two years! I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.
