DONT WANT ME AS A CLIENT?

I joined Outsurance abt 3 years ago, i was not happy with them since day one. Then when i added my cell phone you trippled my monthly installments and that's when i decided for Outsurance to go fly a kite. This was for contents insurance.
yesterday i decided to hear if they could beat my car insurcance. I've never had Car insurance with outsurance before. Then half way during the call i get told, sorry sir, we can not give you insurance as you are marked as a insurance adjuster and bad claiming experiance... i mean really. What kind of a service is that? Very poor service from your side.
