On seeing there add offering loans with less paper work etc, i thought i would give it a try. What a joke!!! i applied in the middle of November and was told to submitt paperwork dating back 20years i mean come on people really!! i decided to e-mail customer care and voice my unhappyness. There response twice now has been someone will get back to me, what a joke!! i decide today 17/12/2013 to call them and find out whats going on, after been transfered to about 3 different opperators, i finnally spoke to a guy, Gues what his response was>>>>>> he will phone me back!!! come on really is this the way we do things now, Just a phone call to either decline or accept my loan would have been acceptable.. People out there reading this, please dont waste your time with clientele life... If you dont listen dont say you werent warned. i have all my correspondence to them and i have a good mind taking it to the news papers also. Thanks for nothing clientele life.
