Promised refund, but was just to

I paid you people more than what was due to bring the account up to date. You then proceed to debit my account for R748. When I called you, you said I would get a refund. When I inquired today, only to find out no request has been put through for me to receive my refund. You people are & liars. I want my money back in the account you people debited!!!
