Repayment of Intial "finders fee"

I received numerous sms's from Loan tracer SA offering me an opportunity to get a loan. On the 25 November 2013, I made an application. I was told to pay an amount of R399. This amount would guarantee me a loan. However, I shortly after this payment, which I faxed to Loan Tracer SA I received an email from Kevin Brown telling me that because my application was for a business they were unable to offer me the loan. He then went on to tell me that the since I was still within my "cooling off period of 7 days" that I could apply for a refund. I was assured that this would take 3-5 working days.
I resent the deposit slip and waited.

I called back on the 10th of December and was told by another consultant that Kevin was not in and that she would check up on this refund and get back to me. Once again nothing happened.
Today being the 17th December 2013, I called back and I was now told that it would take 45 days to give me my refund.
For every person who deposits an amount of R399 into this account and has to wait for 45 days to get a refund is making Loan Tracer a very rich company. They are our money. I want my money back. Please be careful and not fall into a trap like me.
