Biz launch promises a lot and its all a joke

Standard Bank is pathetic why would you promise so many thing for this Biz launch and non of it is delivered, that R90 per month first and foremost is a big lie, and that you may qualify for overdraft or credit card is also bull like I've been trying to apply for credit card and my account is over 6 month now calling your call centre everyday to follow up nobody even bother to call you back. This is nothing short of, misleading advertising. Its time for the ombudsman or the government to put these institutions in their places. But of course banks are allowed to do this, and they do it with impunity. I called in to complain still nobody cares to even buzz me. So my advice to everyone is steer clear of this bank. I wish Id taken an offer with FNB or Nedbank maybe its time for a shift.
