How many times will they promise to deliver my new credit card! Call centre says they will sms me, but when I enquire, sorry .. "we shredded your card". Is it that difficult to send an sms with all the technology you guys have??? Call centre staff are friendly... but that is it. And that is probably why I have all my bonds with Nedbank and BMW Home Loans and not with Standard Bank. Why do calls get recorded if you are not prepared to go and listen to them to hear the promises you make and not keep. Standard Bank relax, I know I will one day get my new card. In the mean time I love you Nedbank!
