Now saying you dont know what i am talking about!!

I received an sms with my alexander forbes trust number to my cellphone stating that i will be paid back for fees, or as they call it a fee refund. after contacting them they are now telling me there is no money due to me??? sound like a . almost like my refund was paid into someone else'es account hey!!
i want my refnd in my capitec bank account as i was promised by this sms which is definately not fake as it has my trust number on it and no one else had access to that information but you - if no reply and no payment charges will be laid at the saps offices. finished and klaar
oh, and email only as i dont take personal calls at work
