Absolute disguting bank to do business with!

I live overseas and need a bankstatement on a capitec letterhead for my insurance company to pay me my retirement funds!! after sending 3 e mails (with no respose) and phoning at great expense to a call center holding on for 10 min then when whatever it was that answered put the phone down because it could not understand me! i have sustantial amout of money in your bank and more to come if and only if you give me the requred letter!! or must i fly back and come and get it and close my account??? in the meantime i will keep loaning money from friends because i cant get mine thank you capitec!!
