A debit order i never aggreed to

Ive had a loan with fnb from 2008 and i have had problems paying it. that and other loans ive got. but i don't understand what give fnb the right to forceful debit me the full amount with out my concern. and when i asked for a reason. i am being told that i didnt make an arrangement hence they have a right to force debit me. and as far as i am concerned. i have never give fnb any permission to debit this account. i made and arrangement with lawyers from durban. and i didnt dispute that i owe, but i cant be forced to pay the full amount with out my knowledge. ive spent the whole day talking to nonhlanhla at legal and she is just as useless. if i am failing to make payments on arrageents how can i afford to settle the loan? fnb needs to refund me and take back 3 months instalments based on the arrangement i made with they attorneys. just because i bank with fnb and owe them doesnt give them a right to force debit me the full amount. i would rather go for debit review then this nonsense.
