Payment arrangement

Debit orders

The reason for reversing the two debit order, we had a payment arrangement and you guys didn't adhere to the payment arrangement.

You deducted R585 for my credit card and R708 for my personal.

Our arrangement was R500 for my credit card and R400 for my personal loan (so please advise and don't come up with the system override the payment arrangement).

I am disputing the whole amount that I owe you guys.

So would you kindly provide me with a reconciliation from the day I took out the loan with you guys. I want also explanation for each amount.

Because I think is unfair to bill me as you guys can totally see I can barely afford to make payments.
