Trying to arrange a payment plan!!!

I received a legal handover letter to pay my outstanding personal loan, I call the number on the letter 0860103117 I get told no I need to call the legal department on 0861121321 I call the number NO i need to call 0860103117 I and tell the person they must look on the NTE system!!! I don't give a... on what system you work I want to arrange a payment plan to pay the account but if this is the way that you want to handle my account I will complain at the consumer act and you will not receive your payment HOW do you want me to pay if you can't even give me the correct number to find out what I need to pay and if you keep on sending me letter I will again complain go and listen to the calls that I made all 5 calls on Friday 13/12/2013 and the person that informed me legal will call me well it's tuesday and still no call received, If you want your money then make a plan to call me!!! stop trying to hand people over and maybe try and assist!!!
