ITC listed in erro

I had a huge problem with your company in December because messed up the debit order on my account. I then settled the account in full before the due date and now your company has listed me as a negative payer on ITC?

What the is wrong with your company? I want this removed and rectified immediately as you were at fault. Even after I paid, sent the proof you still kept on hounding me.

You will be put in the news papers, all consumers need to know about your bad practises!!! And now because of you my homeloan may not be approved. I will sue your company if I have to. I will go out of my way to bring about as much negative publicity to your company as I can. The whole world must know what and cheats you are. You shouldn't be doing business at all as you serve only your own purpose!!!
