Debit Order Nightmare

I awoke to the familiar tune of SMS's arriving on my phone this morning - the 23rd of August 2013. The 1st SMS showed me that my Bayport monthly debit order was deducted (early) and the 2nd showed me that is was returned due to no funds in my account on the 23rd of the month!!! This company is single handedly screwing up my record of good standing with my bank due to their no compromise, debit order policies! I wish that I never had the misfortune of having to deal with this company - they typically go out of their way to get your business, and once they have it, they have you hook, line & sinker! I hope that by writing this, I can help someone to look elsewhere should you be looking for what this company offers - maybe a company prepared to listen to their clients and work policies around individuals and not have blanket ones!!! Surely that's the correct way of doing business in today's market?
