Withdrawal of Approved Homeloan - No Request sent

This is a follow up to the response from Standard Bank on my initial report of 12 December 2013. They responded saying that they have sent a request for further details from me via an email. I still have not received any email or correspondence from Standard Bank in this regard, neither has my fiance. I find their response very misleading as they should have my correct contact information (using my ID number, they can access our applications with all information) and can also get them from Hello Peter. It actually feels like they are ignoring our attempts to engage with them with a hope that we will eventually lose hope. Considering the enormous debts we have incurred, the time wasted preparing for the new house and the huge inconvenience they caused us, especially with regard to our child's schooling for next year; it is very sad, disappointing and devastating that a big institution like Standard Bank can behave in such an inconsiderate manner.
