Tech guys / bank account with standard bank

About a year ago, I sent an e-mail to their division, regarding an account with standard bank, which a company called the tech guys/SEO7K, have. The account details for Standard bank Constantia appear on their (tech guys), invoice.
There are thousands of posts on hello peter, report a crime, and the Internet, regarding the these guys are committing. Whatever happened to FICA.
Their VAT number belongs to another company, and so does the company registration number.
Standard bank have not responded to me, nor have they responded to other small businesses, who have alerted them to the problem. If anyone has posted on Hello peter about the Tech guys, please contact [Email Removed] Not a good show Standard bank!!
