I took out a loan with Letstsi Finance in August and was informed that if i pay the loan through my payroll i will receive R1000.00 after 3 consecutive deductions. My 1st deduction was in September so i sent through my payslips and requested for the R1000.00 which was promised to me. To my dismay i am now being informed that i do not qualify because the information given to me was incorrect so all the company can do is apologise for this.

I spoke to Wendy the Branch Manager who was quiet irritable when i was inquiring about this because in my understanding this information was communicated to me and they should pay me the money as promised because i am not interested in their administration mishaps.

I am not satisfied with the response that i am receiving and have come to realise that this information is a marketing gimmick used to get clients.

I am very disappointed in the way this matter is being dealt with and for the branch officer (Wendy) to even come accross as demeaning all because i am expressing my right to request for what was due to me yet she went to the extent of hanging up on me when i requested for the head office number, i had to call back again.
