Policy Details Please

I asked for a quote for business Public Liability cover and received it very efficiently. Before accepting the quote I asked for the full details of exactly what that covers me for and was sent another copy of the quote. Again I called and asked for the full policy details of what I am purchasing. Can't do that was the response. You can only get that once you accept the quote.

So you want me to buy something blind, but will tell me what I've bought only once I've bought it. Seriously??!
