I requested a replacement debit card because the one I had had no function to allow for cash withdrawals at supermarkets, due to a system error on it. two cards were issued, one to Rosebank Branch where my account is and another to Northgate branch where I made the request. I was charged R100 despite my pleas that this was a system error, not of my making. I was assured that this would be reversed within 48 hours Ref 660699518 and 65960501. up to now only the Rosebank charge has been reversed, its two weeks later, my R50 is still outstanding
