Do not answer 24 hour line

At 21h28 I received an sms from the bank to advise that somebody was entering an incorrect 3 digit number shown at the back of my credit card. As I was not making any transactions I IMMEDIATELY called the 24 hour line to report an unauthorised activity. As I write it is now 21h55 and the line has still not answered.
By now the perpetrators could well have run up a large bill as I cannot stop the card due to the inefficiency of FNB. As I finish this report it is now 22h01 and still no answe
