Cannot assist me with vehicle payment plan

I am an irate client.i have motor vehicle finance with standard bank.i was unemployed and i couldn't pay my monthly payments of R3750 a month. On the 7th of December i went into the bank to make arrangements for extension onto my account.the documents i filled out was sent to wrong fax number. the recipient of the documents did not receive my documents.i feel i am done wrong in every way. yesterday the 14th January 2014 i went to the bank because i got a call from the collector telling me i have until the 25th of January 2014 to pay the 3months arrears of my account or else he will take my car away. as a person who just found work i tried to ask for a payment plan they told or Mr Jannie told me i have to pay the full amount or else as i stated my car will be taken away.so i ask the question i know i am in arrears and i just found work i go to the bank to make payment arrangements and they tell me we cannot help you with payment options.i feel I'm being hard done because before i lost my previous job all my payments were up to date. so please can i get legal and swift assistance because i am not happy with the service i am getting from standard bank.i need this resolved please.
