Budget Insurance
Deducting without my consent! feeling robbed of budget insurance

I took out insurance with budget insurance early this year. I was happy with the price that I got from them so my monthly premiums would be fairly affordable for me. I then realised 2 months after they were deducting an extra amount for something I did not know of. I have no proof of signing up for the extra package as I have all my policy records and proof with me hardcopy and emails. I did call in about this they just said I did agree to this and I couldn't understand why I didn't receive notice of it. I just wanted insurance and not to me about the amount I was going to be paying. I would like to be refunded on this package I didn't agree with.
