Adding a UNWANTED product to my Insurance policy!

I have received a call about 2 months a from Budget Insurance (VATS Dept) asking if I would like to add the extra Dent & Scratch to my insurance policy at the cost of R59. I informed the girl I don't want the extra. A month later I got a sms with 2 debits off my bank account 1 or R60 and another R59. I lost 3 hours off work to go to the bank and find out what that was for, which they didn't know. I paid my bank R20 to investigate. A few days later I got the info and call Budget Insurance, logged a complaint and requested a call from the manager in the VATS Dept, and that was about 3 weeks ago and I was not contacted. I call in a few days later to be transferred to the VATS Dept but was put on hold for 5 to 10mins. I lost time off work for a product that I DIDN'T want at all. This can be happening to a lot of people. Hopefully someone will contact me soon otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere. This is not how big companies like this should work or are the employees just adding the extra product to peoples policies for commission/extra cash in their pockets?
