I have a loan with FNB since around April this year, my account is up to date and every payment has been made on time, for some reason FNB took it upon themselves to debit my installment from my December bonus without informing me in any way, there is no clause in the contract stating that this will be the case. I contacted the call center to my surprise they had advised me that it is FNB's policy for the month of December-Why has this policy not been mentioned before? I asked the agent to let me speak to someone in management as i was not happy with the response. i was then transferred to Jessica Lucas a rather incompetent lady who had advised me the same, she goes on to say that she can only reverse the funds if i could provide her with proof that i will be getting paid at the end of the month . why on earth is this the case? When the loan was taken out that was never communicated to me and no where in the contract does it state this. So i then advise Jessica of the other issue that according to my contract FNB has been deducting more than the agreed amount to which she brightly added why am i bring that up after so many months-Well i did not expect FNB to be in breach of contract
