Now in connection with the complaint I wrote on the 10th of December, a lady called my boss to confirm my date to which she said the last date of the month. Fine. Now my boss just paid me a bonus to my account today for my year hard work and guess what? the debit order came off today (20th December 2013). My contract clearly say the debit will come off on the last day of the month, so why was the call made to my boss to confirm my pay date if you don't stick to the contract, I'm sure your who ever made this call made changes on your system already. This is a breach of contract, I need answers as I am getting annoyed with this. As soon as I'm done with the stupid loan I'm joining my husbands bank, he used to bank with capitec but he always had issues, now I'm getting the same!!! Totally unacceptable:-(((
