Deducting amount earlier than agreed

I am experiencing an ongoing issue with FNB and the response that I have received has been unsatisfying and terribly unprofessional. I have also lodged a complaint with the banking Ombudsman.

Issue
FNB has been deducting amounts from my account for a Samsung S3 and a loan that I took out with them, on the 25th of each month, when I believe that I agreed to the deduction taking place on the 30th of each month or a bit later but not earlier. I have raised this complaint with their complaints department and the calls that I received from them in trying to resolve the issue have not been satisfactory or professional. The last time that they got back to me to resolve this issue was 3 weeks ago and today they repeated the same practise of deducting from my account earlier than agreed.

I asked them to avail to me recordings of the telephonic conversations that I have had with them for the S3 contract to verify the agreed-upon debit order date and they have not agreed to provide this to me. I do not even want to request the recording for the loan contract because I know for a fact that I had not agreed the date that they are deducting the monies on.

Please help!!!
