FNB not providing assistance

I logged a compaint here about fnb not providing documentation about the life cover that i took with them. Then a guy called me around 18:00 in the evening, I did not pick up, my personal time. We spoke on the following day, he gave me some attitude about "helping" me, when I asked him why he was calling me in the evening. I asked to be helped by seomeone else, he said he's the only one with the help that I need (strange). I did not want to speak to this guy because of his horrible attitude, and nobody ever called me back again. I really want to know why I was not provided with all the docs that I've requested. This is really disgusting.

Then yesterday a R1000 and some odds comes out of my account and I get no incontact. Still a bank to be trusted?
