NAEDO TRACKED

My name Busi Odum i have been a customer absa for years, this morning i received an sms notification of R179 debited from my account from NAEDO TRACKER MYLIFEDIRECT.I have called ABSA they gave me the number of some other company called STRATCOR, i called the company they also referred me to this number 031 811 9146/0837319846.Their explanation was i have purchased something which i did not.
Is it how ABSA operates giving access to our accounts to companies that claims we have purchased something from them.

I want my money back, I want it reversed, i dont know this people. There is no an agreement for a debit order. Im getting frustrated I cannot get hold of this company.
