My mom was in hospital last year, and when she submitted her policy documentation to claim as per her policy, it was and endless pit of no feed back and stories. They lost her application and she had to re submit. This is almost 3 month later, and today they tell her, after she has to phone every second day to get an answer from them, as they refuse to call back or give feedback on their account, that it is the second time in 2 years that she is in hospital for more or less the same thing and no payment will be made. We looked at her contract, and no where is that mentioned. This is exactly why she has this policy, at 66 years of age changes are that she will be in hospital more that once for the same thing in 2 years time. She pays this policy every month to the tee, I really think this is bad not only bad service, but just another way of ripping off the elderly and the poor in our country.
I really feel that maybe I need to take it on myself to sound the alarm every where I go and can about them.
