I have been requesting assistance with a financial matter from FNB since 23 October 2013. I was referred by my Premier Banker to One Account. After submitting all documentation I had to wait 3 weeks for them to tell me what I already know and needed help with. I then submitted a complaint on 29 November 2013 for which I have only received reference numbers and nothing more. This really is not the way to help a client, I feel let down by a bank that I have been with for a couple of years now. This matter can surely not be that complex to resolve?
