Unsetteled Claim/No Respons

On 12/11/2013 my wife had an accident with her Ford Ka 2005 model. It was a head-on collusion with a Ford Ranger Bakkie at a stopsign. On the 14th Nov 2013 I registered the claim with King Price. In the meantime the Insurance Company removed the car from Oberholzer Panel-beaters without my knowledge. I even now don't know where the car is.(The car is paid in full) After many Calls to Mr Williams and e-mails (No response) to find out about the claim he phoned me on the 4th of Dec. to say the car is a write-off and the settlement amount is the retail value of the car. R29 900 with the deduction of the access R4500 and another R1500 for chip marks in the front of the car.(?) Mr Williams ask me to e-mail him the registration papers and change of ownership, witch I did on the 4th of Dec. asking him to let me know when he received the mail, and I mailed it on the 6th again. again no response. Mr Williams said when he receive the mail he would send somebody to come ane collect the spare keys and original registration papers on the 5th of Dec. and that the settlement amount would be paid into my bank account on Friday the 6th of Dec. Nothing happened. And I am still waiting! Please Help
