On the 22.11.2013 I withdrew money at a Saswitch. I did not recieve the cash. I logged this with Nedbank and was told it would take 6 working days to correct. (ref - 65795131) On calling after the allocated time, I was told that they were still busy with this. They would call me back. I have called repeatly since then always to be told that someone would call me back with an update that never happens. The money was meant to be re-embuse on the 6/12/2013 - much later than the said 6 days. It is still not in and I am still waiting for this to be recitified. How much intrest do they make off all the ppl they do this to?

I have probably spent the R 250 in calling there call centre from my cellphone already. Someone said last week I should switch to FNB and that they are really awesome. Decision made. Nedbank will not make anymore money off me. I hope the R 250 was worth it.
