FNB ref 383925 Quick response, No follow-through!

Today is 12 Dec 2013 20:35pm. I filed my online complaint here on 5 December 2013 and received ref 383925. On 6 Dec 2013, FNB confirmed the matter is receiving further attention. I replied to the sender (FNB) with original docs/faxes dating back to the identity cloning / incident (Sept 2001/2002). FNB confirmed on 9 & 10 Dec 2013 FNB receiving my copy of our email trail and their own copies of several unacceptable shallow and insincere apology letters of 25July, 26July and 3 Sept 2013. The identity cloner had linked three ID "accounts" (CREDIT CARD & CHEQUE ACCOUNT & WESBANK account). Why were all 3 issues not rectified by the same FNB authority that rectified the CREDIT CARD? Surely, that same FNB authority could have given clearance to the other FNB "channels" by one single email or phone call instruction? " What is most upsetting, is that when the Identity cloning / was initially reported to FNB and SAP in 2001 & 2002, an alleged perpetrator was apprehended & arrested by the SAP but FNB refused to open a case and the identity cloner / perpetrator got away. I offered my assistance as a witness but FNB could not be bothered... urgent please!
